Tom has been studying and teaching pipe band drumming for over 3 decades. He played in the grade one ranks with "The Clan", the 78th Fraser Highlanders, Toronto Metro Police, Peel Regional Police and now performs with lead-tip Doug Stronach in the Toronto Police.

Tom has taught several bands over the years including Feadan Or Pipe Band, Mohawk Valley Frasers Pipe Band, Saint Andrews Presbyterian Pipe Band, Lyon College Pipe Band, and is always interested in finding energetic minded people to instruct.
